Also Weekly you said this is Satsuki's AP:
- Exponentially stronger than her base form which oneshots people who are undamaged by 142 megatons
Garou is above 200 megatons and will eventually cap High 7-A baseline which is 1 gigaton
Don't give me the 6-B argument piercing because that doesnt even make sense to begin with plus you can't allow attacks above tiers if we restricted Garou's RE to High 7-A baseline

Again how can Garou deal with flying Satsuki. He cant use "use buildings to jump up 2000 meters in the air. she has full range of movement. She can dodge way more easily than her can. How will he reflect her air slashes, reflecting lightniing anf fire are two totally different things.

I don't see Satsuki logically camping out in the air, to be honest. If so, Garou can just jump though. He can control his body in mid-air, so.
