1.what do you mean by fully utilize? or the full power of act? act 4 is the direct result of johnny pulling off the infinite rotation, it is intrinsically tied to infinite spin. there isnt a semi non fully powered version of act 4.

2.yes. but johnny against diego never did the horse thing..he never even used act 4...he literally had act 2 out ready to aim at diego...and after he got hit with the debris off his shooting the wires he shot out act 4...thats a contradiction.

because if so...how would valentine make a difference here?

tusk act 4 is a incorporeal being made up infinite spinning energy that comes from another dimension that goes on after the death of its user..if that gets powernulled(i still have no idea how that works) how would valentine do anything here?

based on what we have argued on this thread if valentine got hit with domain...lovetrain wouldnt do shit and d4c wouldnt be able to save valentine based on what we have argued for tusk.
