I believe all Twilight could do to win is incapacitate her by sealing her in crystal which she might do IC, or BFR which she wouldn't do in character.

Leaning a bit towards Satori. Her telepathy is practically on auto-pilot so she can figure what Twilight's going to go for at any case, and her mimicry would be a major issue against Twilight depending if she can copy higher level powers (given she copied spells from the likes of Yukari, even if they aren't the same tier, it could be enough to give Twilight pause. Add in amnesia inducement and trauma, and she'd likely get a new pet in the end. Less is more in this case.

Also, does the sealing make people unconscious or not? If not, Satori could probably just break out of it, given how much she fodderizes the 6-C she scales to.
