The mana of Signaltin isn't really bound by time or distance, it's protected him despite being in the past before, though it's has limits, the farther away he is in time or distance the less effective it is hence it couldn't protect him when he was 10 million lights away, and 2000 years in the past, but just 10 years in the future and on the same planet and it still works.
Of course the mana isn't unlimited, don't know how that factors in with time skip though.

It's possible that Diavolo can see that his attack gets distorted and erase that.

Satomi is pretty versatile being able to read minds and emotions, precognition, create illusions, long range attacks, vibrations, electromagnetism and what not, he can probably make illusions of himself, while he performs a surprise attack or something, Diavolo won't see it coming since precog won't work on him nor can his emotions be read by nigh-omniscient being.
I don't think this match will be as simple as Diavolo erasing time and donutting Satomi like he usually does.

What would Satomi's reaction be to Diavolo using time skip to erase his own damage? Diavolo's been in a similar situation against people who resist precog. He couldn't see them attack, but he could still see the damage on himself that the attack made.

The thing is all Satomi's attacks are imbued with spiritual energy, spiritual energy directly harms the soul, depriving his opponents of their freedom, so even taking a single attack is pretty much gg.
