Being capable of insta-gibbing and being immune to whatever the opponent can throw doesn't give much room for the "being able to do something" part.

Tbf, Lucemon didn't get nearly the amount of stuff he had at the time, and Arceus's hax via the Lake Trio was a direct counter to everything he had then.
