Sasuke vs Ichibe

The reason Sasuke should know how to use Izanagi is because he has Itachi's eyes (meaning he has a direct connection and potential to use it right there) and it would be extremely absurd to think Sasuke, who has awakened abilities that exceeded the ones Itachi had and has used Itachi's eyes better than even Itachi himself, by at least the end of the series as an adult hasnt yet mastered his eyes given unlike Naruto he kepted training while traveling. Plus Itachi shown and completely explained to him how Izanagi works, how to use it, what it's defaults are (Izanami) etc. It wouldnt be strange if a character like Sasuke was able to use it after all that. And he even fought and beat someone who used it long before that such as Danzo.

I believe its other reasons why Ywhach is unallowed to use Sternritter abilities unless specified.

As I've repeatedly stated before, it's not in his character to use it. Just because he can theoretically use it doesn't mean he will use it, as he failed to use it while clashing with Naruto and he also failed to use it when he was getting burnt by Momoshiki.

The reason why we specify Sternritter abilities is the fact that Yhwach does not use any of them against Ichigo and Aizen, thus it's against his character to utilize them despite being technically able to.

I wasnt refering to Sasuke using it here I was replying to Perliouss on the reason why Sasuke has it at all.

We still havent seen him use it though, just as we haven't seen Yhwach use the other sternritter abilities. It is just as absurd to believe that sasuke wouldn't be able to use izanagi as Yhwach not being able to use other sternritter abilities, especially when they were all originally his own anyways. Him training during the timeskip is still an assumption, and him specifically learning to perform the izanagi correctly is another assumption. It's like saying Kenpachi mastered his bankai over the timeskip. Although this is highly likely, at the end of the day we still won't know for sure unless stated or shown. You can correct me if I'm wrong but I still havent seen sasuke use it yet and I've finished naruto and am up to date with boruto and seen the last and boruto movies. And as we've seen MANY times in naruto, just knowing how a jutsu works or fighting against it and winning doesn't necessarily mean you know how a jutsu is performed.

And would you please be kind enough to enlighten me of those other reasons, since that was the only "reason" I am currently aware of?

I didn't say Sasuke was going to use Izanagi. I was just replying to what Anime said. He doesn't necessarily need his right eye here anyway. It's only useful for precognition (which no one has mentioned) and for manipulating Amaterasu which is useless here.

IIRC, even Uchiha fodder could use Izanagi. And Danzō whose prowess with the Sharingan is far inferior to Sasuke's was spamming it with the aid of fodder Uchiha Sharingan. So yes, Sasuke should be able to use it. He just wouldn't use it in character. Then again, he hasn't died yet but I'm sure Kishimoto won't make him use it. If he wants to make Sasuke die, it would be for something like saving Sarada or something. He wouldn't use Izanagi just for himself.

I still think Sasuke takes it here. Unless I can see a counter for Chibaku Tensei (since Reppuzan hasn't addressed my latest post about it, I'll assume it can work) and for Sasuke switching with Ichimonji and stabbing/piercing Ichibē. Ichibē's barrier can be bypassed with teleportation and Sasuke can avoid his ink or absorb his Kidō. If Ichibē was bloodlusted, he might be able to stomp here, but since he's in character, he would take his time to draw his ink and probably warn Sasuke not to try anything. Too bad Sasuke can switch with his Zanpaküto and bisect him or something. And he has shadow clones too. Just imagine if he finds out that Ichimonji is the main source of Ichibē's power. He can probably open a portal and dump it in some random dimension (well this heavily depends on the situation).

Oh yea I forgot about that option (switching with Zanpakto)

Also wouldnt Substitution jutsu help here as well? The moment Sasuke is inked or hit by Ichibe he can just substitute with something else and then sneak attack Ichibe to finish it

Sasuke wins this quite Easily. Rinnegan Hax plus Potency makes this quite a stomp in his favor.
