You realize he's asking a question about how those work, not saying they'd let Dimentio win right? This is a stomp if Sans can't harm Dimentio, otherwise it's a fair match. Chara killed way less beings than Dimentio, a few hundred doesn't even compare to thousands of universes worth of lives, so if Dimentio's invulnerability doesn't work in such a way that it would negate hax, then Sans could one shot him with a telefrag attack before Dimentio has time to universe bust.
Honestly my vote only goes to Dimentio since the people more knowledgeable about him seem to think his invulnerability will negate KR, but it would be greatly appreciated if someone could explain why.
Also since this takes place in a neutral universe, and it will be ended by the first or second attack, I don't think Dimension D can come into play.
