sans has dodged attacks even after falling asleep, and i'm pretty sure skeletons can't cry. fate manip nae naes though

the fact that Ness has Low 1-C fate hax in early game is crazy, but yeah this should be closed.

I mean, he still can be incapped cause fate hax makes him impossible to kill but possible for incap I guess. So there's some characters that can win or survive.
Though Sans isn't that one.

No TK isn't option here, especially when Ness's lifting stenght is higher.

I never fully understood Ness’ fate hax other than “he’s protected by TOTU”. I assume he always has it? (Including at the very start of the game since you know, even when he dies it becomes a bad dream)
As for this match. Ness walks up to Sans, Ness incaps Sans, one shots and then the victory text (along with the music) appear on the screen.

pretty sure most of ness' options for incap won't work here

He still would one shot since Sans can't do something against Ness. Plus Sans doesn't resist sleep hax, something that ness gets at beginning of the game.

And later being stil killed because he can't kill and Ness can. Or instead of using bat, Ness would use PK Rockin with range that Sans can't dodge.
