The Super Fighting Robot could just stop time, Sans doesn't have time hax resistance if I recall, and he one shots during it. He can also probably use something like the Astro Crush to really bring the pain.

Except for the fact that Sans has no way of counteracting Mega's time hax. Along with Sans's laughable durability, Mega should win this matchup without too much trouble.

Sans himself isn't universal at all. Karmic Retribution gives him durability negation just like The Judge from OFF as it is seen as a whittling effect. Sans is below town level seeing how he is flat out stated to be the weakest monster physically. While he has impressive speed at Mach 1, he gets blitzed by Megaman and haxed out.
