Can't say for sure. More likely the hacker button, tho he may also try with his rainbow lollipop. Which he will either use the hacks. Or try and copy what Sans does.

I looked at the hacker buttons
So, Anthony can make it were he can boost his speed and make sure he always hits
He also has time travel with the lolipop
Sans can one here via soulhaxs which is a move he uses in character
