Maybe, but it seems inconsisntent to there not be an actual explanation as to why he is a glass canon when the AP feat is something scalable to durability respectively.

You may be right. Though until his durability is upgraded I'll take him as a glass cannon.

How high into 8-A is Bae?

There´s no actual calc, but the AP feat he scales to even says that he may be higher:

"Attack Potency: At least Multi-City Block level, likely higher (destroyed a ship and an entire fleet of them)"

If he destroyed the whole fleet of stuff like that at once, he can easily be tier 7, but I don´t know anything about this verse, so I can´t tell.

The verse is so barebones the verse page doesn´t even have a supporters section.

I even checked for those that worked in the profile and the verse page, but they seem to have left the site long ago.

Maybe I should request the verse to be deleted in lack of solid enought formatting and stats.
