Gonna have to go with Nicole. Sam would start off with the upper hand in strength but Nicole is much smarter and more skilled in actual combat, and once she starts to get pissed off its all over for Sam.

Nicole for very much the same reasons Weekly said. Sam may be stronger, but IIRC she's more of a brute while Nicole has more skill.
