From what I can see (idk much about neither Touhou nor Sonic Generations) they do the exact same thing and can 1 shot each other

It seems to be pretty fast, as show in the intro, plus that was to erase a entire timeline, a person would probaly take seconds

I think Time Eater erases her before that, even though the Time Eater has his own time manipulation Plus he should be immesurable

Also, her Time EE erases the opponent's present and future, so Acausality type 1 won't do him any good

We don't really see him erasing people on screen, usualy he just flys around and then history gets erased
