Saiyan/Namek Saga Scaling

So, part of the current scaling comes from Vegeta having a higher power level than the 10,000 required to destroy a planet. However, KK Saiyan Saga Goku has a PL of over 16,000 which means that he himself should qualify. In adition, KK Namek saga Goku and Oozaru Vegeta have the same PL of 180,000 so they should be equals in the scaling.
Therefore, I was going to suggest making changes to the scaling, to look more like this:

• Unweighted Goku is >=1/20th as strong as his Saiyan Saga self, Piccolo is comparable to him - 33.2337476 Zettatons (Small Planet level+)
• Gohan with a power level of 1,307 is 3x as strong as Goku - 99.7012428 Zettatons (Planet level)
• Raditz has a slightly higher power level of 1,500 and can tank an unexpected head-but from this Gohan. Piccolo kills both Raditz and Goku with his Special Beam Cannon - 99.7012428 Zettatons (Planet level)
  • As an Oozaru, Gohan and Raditz are 10x stronger - 997.012428 Zettatons (Planet level)

***Now, with this one I have a gripe. Nappa has a PL of 4,000, which is half of Goku's 8,000. He shouldn't logically scale from Goku at all. Especially when Piccolo's 3,500 couldn't defeat him the former, but Nappa is a tough fight for Goku? Even with Kaio-ken and an smaller gap Goku couldn't defeat Vegeta. I think Nappa and Piccolo should simply be listed as much higher than the likes of Raditz, but that's it.

• Goku got 10x stronger than his previous base - 6.64674952 Yottatons (Large Planet level)
  • Kaio-ken Goku has a PL of 180,000 the same as Oozaru Vegeta - 13.29349904 Yottatons (Large Planet level)
  • Kaio-ken x10 Goku - 66.4674952 Yottatons (Large Planet level)
• Vegeta arrives on Namek with a PL of 24,000 and then grows to 30,000 after another zenkai, so he should scale to 1.994024856 Yottatons (Planet level+) initially and then higher with his zenkai.
• Krillin and Gohan have a PL of 13,000 and 14,000 respectively, so over the needed for destroying a planet - 1.329349904 Yottatons (Planet level)

Nappa only threatened Goku using his "ultimate technique", and even then, the attack only "made [Goku] sweat".
In the previous chapter, hell, Goku nullified the Breaker DX with a Kiai Shout.
