I'd give it to Saitama. Sub-relativistic > Mach 255. That said, IMO we really shouldn't be making Saitama Vs. threads yet. We're not that far into the manga and Saitama's yet to really show his limits.
Of course, if we scale Wario to Bomberman from that one game then lol Wario wrecks, but we don't.
