In Naruto vs. saitama, who wins in the speed and ap accepted by the wiki, will saitama's speed superiority enable him to beat Naruto?

Which version of Naruto? He has no High 6-A key, so he either one shots of gets one shot.

The fact that Saitama's speed is higher than Naruto doesn't change anything, does it?

Unfortunely no all versions of naruto who do not get oneshoted by saitama also don't get damaged by him, one area of effect attack is all it takes

If Saitama hits him 88 times before Naruto understands, can't he break his dura? Is it possible to overcome the 88 times AP difference between them?

He throws this at me and says if he hits my saitama 16 times, he will break his defense, what do you think I should do?An alternative term for Destructive Capacity which has more direct meaning: The Destructive Capacity that an attack is equivalent to. A character with a certain degree of attack potency does not necessarily need to cause destructive feats on that level, but can cause damage to characters that can withstand such forces. As such it isn't proof of a low attack potency, if a character's attacks only cause a small amount of destruction.

We are aware that this technically violates the principle of conservation of energy, as it should logically disperse upon impact, but fiction generally tends to ignore this fact, so we overlook it as well

If I understand the question correctly (I'm tired and only skimmed the thread), it's like if an ant tries to chew through a solid iron block. It doesn't matter how many times the ant hits the block, it's not damaging it. In order to do chip damage, you need to be able to damage them in the first place.

What stops Naruto from annihilating Saitama with his 5-C+ AP?
Any possibilities that put his AP higher than Naruto via his "At least, likely far higher" rating.

We don't know how far exactly is Saitama's limit yet, it can be lower or vice virsa, unless you're using fight based on their keys (like literally any mathes on this site, for instance), the fight is empirically impossible.
