Saitama vs Goku

from what im looking at, is dragon ball's Moon level characters scaling off a baseline moon level feat? Shenron seems to be baseline with recreating the moon and seems like goku goes down a scaling chain to him.

Goku > Kami > Shenron

so, pretty sure goku oblitorates.

At the moment Saitama's AP is far higher than 5.68 Exatons (Wonder how many times the Orochi feat has been calculated) while Goku's AP is higher than baseline (Even without the scaling, there would still be a 52x AP difference). Saitama has no to no proper fighting skills and barely takes anything seriously. The only way Saitama could win is if he held Goku still for a day but then again, how is Saitama gonna casually grab someone as skilled and acrobatic as Goku?
