Saitama speed?

By that logic Flash would also have to go below the speed of light, which neither he nor the DC heralds adhere to unless the Speed Force is at play.

There is no General theory of relativity in the Flash universe, if there is, discard the panel.

Also no, if there is general theory of relativity for that specific scene in the comic, then it exists and can be used, stop overcomplicating things too much.

Flash uses the Speed Force to curb the effects of relativity, if he didn't, it'd rip the universe apart, it's a major function of the Speed Force.

With the laws of physics in play and without the speed force, traveling at light speed would create a singularity and rip open the universe. | Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds Vol 1 #3 April 2009

Yet the other superheroes don't use Speed Force and can do MFTL+ travel just fine.

Basically to give an unsatisfying answer if feats/calcs outweigh statements we'll go with the feat/calc unless it causes inconsistencies. Genos going with the theory of relativity just doesn't wokr as it does IRL when:
  • SoL objects are called a bad joke to Saitama by WoG
  • Energy blasts can be prove to move at FTL speeds
  • There's two FTL calcs for the characters
  • The characters routinely break physics in other ways
Now if later pieces of evidence comes out that suggests they aren't FTL then that's completely fine, but at the moment the statement isn't enough to outweigh the other stuff.
