Ok,i know that these guys are not that similar,but the question of who would win is interesting hear me out:

Yes,Sonic is a higher tier than Saitama,but since Saitama was never hurted,YET,i think Sonic attacks are not dangerous for him,and since this version of Sonic has survived an explosion that destroyed an universe,i think the punches that OPM will not instantly kill him.But idk if Saitama serious attacks can instantly kill Sonic.

Stupid Comparasion,yes but is an interesting question.

Sonic stomps by having infinitely stronger AP (not even exaggerating) and having good hax, compared to Saitama's whopping zero. Interestingly enough, Saitama posesses the speed advantage, but that's not helpful if your opponent will wipe out your universe.
