Saitama normal punch's power level?

I remember it was state that the meteor will destroy a several city together and saitama destroy it with puch so is that mean he is country level in his normal series?

I assume Saitama uses constantly varying outputs of power for his punches, but I'd say at the very least, most of his extremely casual punches that completely obliterate most monsters are probably somewhere in the Small Island level ballpark at minimum due to the calc for the Dark Matter Thieves' bullets and how casually Saitama reflected one.

But isnt the meteor feat put him around country level? since a several city together absuolty must be at lest coundry size cnosider the whole area they live is one big continent

You are asking for his normal series, which varies greatly in power levels (he only used serious series once iirc, and that was vs Boros).

@Gemmy He also used Serious Strikes against Garou, and "Serious Side Hops" against Speed of Sound Sonic.
