EDIT: No weapons allowed this is a fist to fist fight and Saitama is nerfed to equal Mr. Satan

Crabrante would likely demolish Satan (because ya know he's a big scary strong monster and Mr. Satan is...Mr. Satan), and Saitama managed to take him down before he was even a hero.

Saitama's skill in battle is a little underestimated. He might not have hardcore level precognition and skill like Garou, but he's not a dumb protagonist. Like ATAI pointed out, normal pre-heroism Saitama still took down a giant crab monster with pure skill and wits alone. Heck, he even outsmarted Garou by confusing his senses when he used the table flip technique.

I'm going with Saitama even if he's in his pre-heroism state.
