Saitama During Training Upgrade

My recalculation of Saitama's feat of saving Tareo was already accepted by a member of the calculation group.

So now Saitama goes from Mach 1.60 (Supersonic) to Mach 3.5 (Supersonic+).

This also affects many heroes who scale to be comparable to Saitama.
