Saitama 3-B Upgrade?

Saitama is shown to be at 4-A right now and told to destroy millions of stars on his page. Why is it assumed that there are only stars? A typical universe is not only filled with stars, there are millions of stars AND galaxies splattered across the sky. Random shots of the background show that galaxies are also consisted along with stars within the universe of OPM. Galaxies should be wiped out in that collision.
