Currently Gold Saint-Tier characters from Saint Seiya are ranked at "FTL Normally, MFTL+" through Miracles.

I came to the realization that this is wrong.

They have this ranking because throughout the series Saints get bazillions of statements like "I move at the Speed of Light", or "I am Faster than Light", or "My god, he dodged by Lightspeed attack!", stuff like that. So FTL for Gold Saints is accepted.

However, feats wise they are FAR faster than Light. Here:

Most important feat, Aiolos, Saga and Shura exchange attacks from universes away.

The characters should be changed to straight up Massively FTL+
 
It's an illusory dimension. Shaka's illusions are so powerful that they are literallly considered to be "Real illusions", meaning that actually physically affect you when you are under their effect. It's an extreme mindfuck.

If Ikki thought that he ran quadrillions of miles away while under Shaka's illusory dimension, then he probably did. Besides, the scene is a reference to Journey to the West with Sun Wukong running to the ends of the universe, but remaining on The Buddha's Hand.
 
Although I do not agree much with Ikki's feat of crossing the Shaka dimension, as it is an illusory realm, I agree that the Golden Saints should be MFTL+

We can clearly see Shura claiming that the Aiolos technique is affecting the Underworld itself

Here we also see Kanon as Grand Master canceling out the blow of the Aiolos in the Underworld being in the Sanctuary

Here Saga seriously injured, tired and rather armor, competing with the blows of Aiolos

So I do not see motives that this is not accepted.

Saga's illusions can physically harm you. Shaka's illusions are much better.
 
I agree with the upgrade to MFTL+ normally, but I think it should still be noted that their degree of MFTL+ is much higher with Miracles
 
Shura's Big Bang feat, but that's the low end. The actual speed is around 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000c

Matt we don't speak about this.........this utter digusting instance of PIS.

On topic it makes sense via feats that Saints with 7th sense are MFTL considering barely 7th sense awaken Bronzes are FTL and those who have mastered the 7th sense have loads of MFTL and faster feats and then Seiya able to dodge millions to billions of Aiolia's attacks when using the unmasterd 7th sense he possessed .
 
I think that this seems reasonable.
 
while we`r at it, can we upgrade shion to high 3-A aswell for stalementing against god cloth Mu while sealed and clothless?
 
The God Cloth Gold Saints comes from the Non-Canon Oav Soul of Gold, here we also have Loki, who says to be superior to Zeus.

Gold God Cloths are in Episode G Assassin. They are Canon.

Loki is boasting, he is weaker than Odin who is weaker than Julian Solo.

And Victor, it's best to wait. Yes, Clothless Shion briefly matched God Cloth Mu, but we'll see.
 
Kiki is the one who faced God Cloth Mu in the recent Assassin chapters, blocking Stardust Revolution that was going to destroy the planet with Multi Layered Crystal Walls with out a scratch and then stopped and destroyed Mu's new attack Stone Iron Meteorite Strike via firing the Crystal Walls at it and then using Crystal Vortex although he sustained some injuries.

Another upgrade I wanna suggest is relating to the Silver Saints.

We already know that Bronze Saints aren't just Supersonic. By feats they are Mach 25 or so.

The same thing applies to Silver Saints. Statements are that they are Mach 2 to 5.

However, they are much faster, see this feat from Saintia Sho where Scutum Juan and Crux Georg move as literal cloud-to-ground lightning.

Because of this feat, Silver Saints would be upgraded to MHS+
 
I am uncertain. Going by that image, couldn't they just have crackled with power?
