Saint Seiya Omega Characters need an Upgrade.

Saturn, and Kouga should be High Multiversal. He mastered all time-space/space-time, the ruler and king of all. (which is stated in one of the pictures below.)

literally all of tokisadas, and the 4 Heavenly kings, feats were given to them by Saturn. Saturn gave Tokisada his time manipulation, and if you go back and watch the series its heavyily implied that Saturn gave all the pallasites their Chronotectors and their power. Saturn should be High Multiversal+ (At a low end.) ~ Complex Multiversal (A high end/stretch.) Especially when "The End of Time" can be debated as a 4th dimension where Saturn resides. In which it's stated multiple times that "The End of Time" is a place where all time connects, while also being directly stated as a "Space beyond time." The chronotector that was given to Tokisada was made by Saturn himself. Which again, was stated to be above the concept of time. So, wouldn't this make Saturn a higher tier of Multiversal? That would also scale to Kouga who was stalemating Saturn before he amped his cosmos further and allowed a few hits in. Saturn self-amped himself multiple time, and theartened to create a power above omega, and destroy omega the power itself. I have the scans of those if needed.

which the fact that The Omega Saints (Before everyone fused their cosmos into Kouga) were Damaging (to some very small degree.) Saturn's chronotector. Logically Saturn's Chronotector should scale higher than Tokisada's chronotector, and the 4 Heavenly Kings. That should make them all a lower tier of multiversal (Low Multiversal.) Gemini Paradox/integra were raising their cosmos to the point of affecting time-space (The 4th dimensional aspect.) I can grab that scan if needed too. That was also while she was amped on the Omega cosmos. A fraction of it i believe. So, wouldn't they scale to lower multiversal with Omega's power?

If you visist the link above. Which is Saint Seiya Omega's Official site, and you go to the short descriptions of each episode and read the episodes where Tokisada appears in. It reitterates that Saturn mastered all of time-space/space-time, and given Tokisada all of that power. If you then turn to the character description page were it gives you a bit of information on each character in the series. Find Aquarius Tokisada, and Deathwatch Tokisada. Then go to Saturns character page. It states again he rules, and mastered all of time-space/space-time.

Saturn is the creator of every Chronotector worn by the Heavenly kings, and all the pallasites.

Controlling, existing outside of, or trancending space and time doesn't give High-Multiverse level. There would have to be very specific statements that he was 5th dimensional being, or a higher dimesnion than a 4D being to be that tier from what I understand. I think his current 2-C is accurate personally.

He didn't exist outside of it. I mean he does, but he is time itself. He controls all time-space. As for Dimensional tiering its not always stated, but sometimes its infered.

Scaling wise he would be around 4th to 5th dimensional.

He is basically the "anime" version of Chronos the primodial God of time, and Cronos of Episode G.
