Can there be change where it states that Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion have the Lambda power.
It's not factual. Sailor Moon only had access to the Lambda power when she formed the Cosmos crystal and shared it's power with the others while inside the Galaxy Cauldron.
They were asked by Gaurdian Cosmos if they wanted to stay in their perfect forms, Lambda forms, and remain in the Galaxy Cauldron, but they chose to return to the 30th century as they were before.
They wouldn't have the Lambda power anymore when they ascended to the throne. Nor the others when they went back to the 30th century.
