Volt flies on his hoverboard for mobility and uses the twin blades Brightest Sun and Darkest Moon in combat while mixing in some magic. Thanks to Hikari's blessing, Volt will prioritize Sealing as his magic of choice

Seeing as Galaxia started the fight with a bit of hand to hand combat to prove her superiorty to beerus before trying to deconstruct him, his best bet is sealing her before she gets annoyed with him

So are they on Earth or any planet? If that’s the case Galaxia could wipe everything out the second Volt does something that’ll actually stall or harm her like life absorption or attacking with the sword he made. If it’s a one shot seal I can see Galaxia letting herself be caught if she tries close quarters rather then a string or stealing his star seed. If the fight isn’t there Volt doesn’t Self Sustenance type 1 to survive in space like her.

Battle takes place on earth in central park as per SBA. The seal is indeed a one shot seal that can seal characters comparable to Volt in strength making them unable to escape if they were to get trap until Volt himself lets them escape

So Galaxia would likely try to flex her power by destroying Volt’s sword with her finger. If that doesn’t work she uses her string or just destroys the planet, so it’s really high stakes for Volt to get an instant win. What can you say on his skill in a situation like this, he has good stuff on his profile but Galaxia has a vast experience edge and could try to take Beeru’s star seed I think while he still was using ultra instinct

Volt is a pretty skilled fighter in his own right, Alongside his friends, he was already a talented combatant at the age of 13 years old as he was already working on becoming a hero of new light. In this Key volt is not only 4 years older but he has also experienced the war of demons, a battle in which he and his friends fought againstan a large army of demon in order to save the mortal realm (which was something close to like a 5 vs thousand upon thousands) a battle from which they ended victorious (Which i should add in his intel section in that key if i'm honset cause it could push him to genius combat intel)
