Kage Summit Sussono Sasuke vs Kage Summit Sage Naruto. Before you guys say that Naruto said he couldn't have beaten him, Naruto meant that he could "Talk No Jutsu" Sasuke so he didn't have to kill him.

...In theory, Sasuke could use Amaterasu on a Rasenshuriken, and then use Enton: Kagutsuchi to change its directory towards Naruto...
In seriousness, I think Sasuke has this. Genjutsu, better melee range with Susano'o, greater variety of ranged attacks in general, really.

Yeah, that is true, but I do think Naruto could win, cause naruto (Not that long after the Kage summit) Fought the 9 tails. And, was able to push one of his tails with one big ball rasengan. Then Naruto made... 200 clones with 200 big ball rasengans, then knocked the 9 tails down with 1 rasenshuriken, Keep in mind that, the data book says that the 9 tails could destory a moutain with a swing of it's tail, and Naruto was able to almost beat him, but still needed help from kushina.
