DIO vs Yang should be outed, but not because of Regen.

It's because Yang goes up to punch him and Dio proceeds to go "MUDA LOL" before shattering her to pieces

If Yang was to punch him and hurt him severely, he'd need some blood to get back up. Of course she's nowhere near oneshot range and Dio can easily just put his hand on her head while she's frozen to regen it off

Also this is a stomp since Ryuko might not have freezing but her AP's surefire better.
