She beat Nui by virtue of resisting her mind fibers, A2 Doesn't, yet she still won against Nui
2B vs Ryuko is literally the exact same only easier since she no longer has fibers to damage her system and 2B wields dual blades and spams time slow a shit ton, so it's inaccurate to assume someone who's basically Ryuko but with Life Fibers losing to A2 wouldn't make this redundant.
I guess you can make it if you wish, but don't expect the outcome to change.

Nui is not superior in regards to fighting the YorHa androids compared to Ryuko, as the stuff she has Ryuko doesnt is mostly not useful here, mind hax (doesnt work) life fibers (might work on internal system)

Thinking about it, I'm not sure if having duals blades would mean anything for 2B.
Ryuko is almost High 7-A, so if the dual blades doesn't get destroyed in contact, they are just going to do very chip damage. Also, do remember that Ryuko has knowledge of her own weakness, so she's obviously not try to get hit by a girl who has dual blades.
