Maybe inconclusive. Ryüko's faster but I don't think she can get past his durability. Same for Dr. Eggman if he somehow manages to hit her.

So BoS Base Ryuko vs Base Eggman? Inconclusive, Ryuko cant get past Eggman's durability but Eggman cant ever hope to hit Ryuko.
