I'm sorry for commenting on this, although MeiouHades attacked me several times in a row, cursing me several times on discord and made jokes about me before i asked for a permanent ban on my account, i asked for a ban because i had just broken up with my girlfriend, and i was anxious, i wasn't well at that time, so i lost my ban because everything was bad for me, i no longer have any resentment towards MeiouHades, even though i did all that in the past I've put the past behind me.
I understand, and thank you for that concession, truly. That said, two years from now on I'll be at a WAY different point in life and I don't think at that point I would return so (and I know you didn't say this, just a general message) it'd be for the better if no one expects my return (as I'm writing right now I am thinking of negotiating a permaban still but that'd just be kinda stupid, as it is I'm fine with this new decision). There are and will be newer, much better supporters by that point who'll take the mantle. I'll be inactive on Fandom too and likely unreachable by 2027.
One feels this is a distinctly new metaphor and also that it is not really correct. He's still beating up strangers. Your "sparring" involves the strangers acting out, too, perhaps even such that we should be concerned about their words, but if a street fight erupts then that's still an issue. Chariot's been warned and it's my stance that he has abused said warnings.
I think one year for MeiouHades is more reasonable.
I also thought the metaphor was lacking in its accuracy and painted the situation in a light which was less serious than it actually is. I'd say it's more like he used to fully beat them up and now recently just threw a couple punches.

I mean those are offsite comments, and people usually talk like that to emphasize how badly a character beats another. It’s like saying character A beats character B with no difficulty. From this post, I feel like this isn't anything we can call an attack. Attacking opinion? Of course, but it is the norm in any debating platform; when you made an argument or opinion, prepare for it to be attacked
the second screenshot isn't matter; idk why it is being used as a report, saying Character A murder Character B in a vs debate; idk if it can actually proving a person is bad or not
2nd one is literally nothing, like actually nothing. People say this exact thing on-site often, and it just means that one character stomps another so bad that they kill them. Considering our main thing is VS Threads where characters murder each other, I struggle to see how this is a grave violation or indication of anything.
Individually, not too bad, but Vzearr does seem to be doing that far too often as of late. I wouldn't call him "Harmless" per say, and not destructive but still considered annoying. It's not that the comment itself is horrible but the implications that he had my account down somewhere and replied to me thinking I was Unanimous for no other reason but spite is not appropriate. Especially since his comment was about how he "slammed Unanimous on VSB" which had no relevance to the conversation let alone the person he replied to.
He received a warning for toxic behavior towards me. He then goes out to antagonize someone whom he thought it was me afterward.
It might constitute offsite harassment, but given the lack of repeat instances I'd be tepid to actually call it that in this instance.
I also agree they have been very insistent and unnecessarily controversial lately. Every day it seems they are doing another thread that is just on the verge of going back to his past behavior.
tbf, we don't exactly know he actively tracking down Henshin account or not, and he made 3 comments which have huge time gap between them and mostly target fictional characters and powerscaling opinion rather than personal stuffs, even the suppose sexual comment, so we can't really say it is a red flag or not; it's pretty much in a vacuum
