I'm sorry for commenting on this, although MeiouHades attacked me several times in a row, cursing me several times on discord and made jokes about me before i asked for a permanent ban on my account, i asked for a ban because i had just broken up with my girlfriend, and i was anxious, i wasn't well at that time, so i lost my ban because everything was bad for me, i no longer have any resentment towards MeiouHades, even though i did all that in the past I've put the past behind me.

I understand, and thank you for that concession, truly. That said, two years from now on I'll be at a WAY different point in life and I don't think at that point I would return so (and I know you didn't say this, just a general message) it'd be for the better if no one expects my return (as I'm writing right now I am thinking of negotiating a permaban still but that'd just be kinda stupid, as it is I'm fine with this new decision). There are and will be newer, much better supporters by that point who'll take the mantle. I'll be inactive on Fandom too and likely unreachable by 2027.
That said, thank you A LOT for having faith in me, this response isn't meant to throw mud at that. I truly do appreciate that believe me. And since this'll likely be my last response on the Forum, I should say this anyway since I won't get a chance to otherwise. To all I've wronged, and to all who have felt bad for whatever I've said intentionally or otherwise for even the smallest of things, I do truly apologize, and I hope one day you'll find it in your heart to forgive me for it. One feels this is a distinctly new metaphor and also that it is not really correct. He's still beating up strangers. Your "sparring" involves the strangers acting out, too, perhaps even such that we should be concerned about their words, but if a street fight erupts then that's still an issue. Chariot's been warned and it's my stance that he has abused said warnings.
As it stands, it seems people are falling in line with your Centrist view of "everyone is wrong but me", and this will likely result in a warning. So, I'll just... be aware of it again, next time. When he "spars" too hard. We have a noted tendency to afford leniency to a selective few. We'll see how it goes.
I suppose I consider the matter resolved, failing input from new staff, and will add it to the warning tracker.

I think that a 1 year ban for MeiouHades is likely sufficient, given that he seems to understand and regret the severity of his actions and that I have the impression that he has been a rational analyst, which are useful for our community.

I think one year for MeiouHades is more reasonable.
This post in particular I'd consider reason enough for such an action.
I also thought the metaphor was lacking in its accuracy and painted the situation in a light which was less serious than it actually is. I'd say it's more like he used to fully beat them up and now recently just threw a couple punches.
I mostly support another warning because I genuinely believe in Chariot and hope it will be enough for them. Even if not fully, I do think they've improved, and I hope to see that continue, though I am notably a very forgiving person in general. I wouldn't be entirely opposed to a one or two month ban on principal, though I'd still advocate for a final stern warning as a personal preference.

I'm also for a 1 year ban for Hades. I've definitely noticed his toxicity in threads (mainly the DB discussion thread), but like Ant said he's otherwise very rational and generally means well and seems apologetic as well. Not to say his behaviour is excusable or anything because a lot of the things he said to Alexander for example was written with so much vitriol - definitely a bannable offense.
As for Chariot (if that case is still open) I'm for an informal warning for him.

Hi! I know the staff has already came to a consensus on this situation but I'd like to bring up one more thing.
Around the same time as all the other posts mentioned here, Hades went off-site on Reddit and attacked a then 3 month old comment I made. Notice, he called me "unanimous"... because he thought I was Iamunanimous. That was my account! I have no idea how he found a 3 month old comment I made and decided that I was Unanimous but it was creepy.
Sending images here is a pain so here's proof that this was Hades and not somebody who happened to have his pfp or whatever.

I mean those are offsite comments, and people usually talk like that to emphasize how badly a character beats another. It’s like saying character A beats character B with no difficulty. It probably shouldn’t be taken into account for his onsite behavior since it was comments made offsite.That seems to worsen the context of MeiouHades' character, yes. From this post, I feel like this isn't anything we can call an attack. Attacking opinion? Of course, but it is the norm in any debating platform; when you made an argument or opinion, prepare for it to be attacked
The part about him knowing Henshin, we can't say anything for sure. Is he stalking? probably, but we need more concrete proof about that rather than guessing.
the second screenshot isn't matter; idk why it is being used as a report, saying Character A murder Character B in a vs debate; idk if it can actually proving a person is bad or not
The 1st screenshot matters, though; it is a joke that went too far, I guess. It isn't an excuse, but that comment is 245 days ago which is from the time when Hades is in his ban process
Anyway, my opinion on this is, these reports isn't really adding up to Hades cases, the only evidence that is matter, is from nearly 1 year ago, 245 days is a lot, it could change people drastically within those timeframe, this is just a beating a dead horse, really. So if we should extend his ban, i propose we extend it to few more months rather than extend it one more year

2nd one is literally nothing, like actually nothing. People say this exact thing on-site often, and it just means that one character stomps another so bad that they kill them. Considering our main thing is VS Threads where characters murder each other, I struggle to see how this is a grave violation or indication of anything.
1st one is a bit....weird, but really just means that Goku stomps; Meiou is only saying it in a rather vulgar way (ie, "X character gets ******"). Is it a gross or inappropriate way to say it? Yeah, definitely, but with the way he's saying it, Meiou doesn't literally mean that he wants Sailor Moon to be sexually violated or something. It's more of a bad joke gone a bit too far, IMO.
Besides, these don't have any effects on anything on-site, and it'd set a rather bad precedent if we start policing what we're allowed to say on other sites, especially if its ultimately just foul language.

Individually, not too bad, but Vzearr does seem to be doing that far too often as of late. I wouldn't call him "Harmless" per say, and not destructive but still considered annoying. It's not that the comment itself is horrible but the implications that he had my account down somewhere and replied to me thinking I was Unanimous for no other reason but spite is not appropriate. Especially since his comment was about how he "slammed Unanimous on VSB" which had no relevance to the conversation let alone the person he replied to.
I'm not sure myself if he was stalking or just assumed I was Unanimous but either way you look at it, it's not healthy behavior.

Your comment ignores context. In July Hades sent me a DM telling me there was no bad blood between us but apparently it was just smoke and mirrors. I don’t believe anything he says about wanting to change his behavior.
Am I supposed to believe that someone with these kinds of behavior towards Sailor Moon franchise can approach any topic about the series with clarity especially when they hold personal grudges? It’s very obvious now that he specifically targeted me because he dislikes the verse and I am the site’s longest supporter of the series.
Also the people defending him right now are the ones who have liked his toxic comments towards mez (not you viet)

Well, it seems that the 1 year was the amount of time agreed by the majority for @MeiouHades' ban.
Does anyone have anything to say about it or any objections about the ban? If not then I think I can proceed to apply it. I'll wait a bit though.
But since Hades asked for it to be extended to permanent then it will be done, it should be noted that if after the year if you wish to return it can be lifted without any problems though.

I am fine with the ban if that is the only line of recourse, but I do want it noted that after he received warning for toxicity towards a user (me) he seeked them offline to be toxic further. (Even after personally promising to not engaging in that behavior)

tbf, we don't exactly know he actively tracking down Henshin account or not, and he made 3 comments which have huge time gap between them and mostly target fictional characters and powerscaling opinion rather than personal stuffs, even the suppose sexual comment, so we can't really say it is a red flag or not; it's pretty much in a vacuum
