This behavior clearly warrants a ban at this point. Not only have they repeatedly created troll tier 0 profiles, but their response to the warning was also completely inappropriate.

That said, in doing so I discovered that they already have a ban on record for this kind of thing.

Personally, I feel like this time was less severe than the previous time, and so a lesser punishment still makes logical sense if our goal is to reward improved behavior.

Not a report, but we need some staffs here because our guy who made the crt isn't accepting the staff saying fine as votes agreeing with his CRT, no matter how much we're telling him otherwise. Just in case it escalates into something bad.

There was already several pieces of evidence to prove scaling to 8-C outside of scaling to Momo, its just that Momo and several other characters that can be used for scaling are lacking profiles, if they had their profiles to begin with this wouldn't be an issue

In regards to @Rogue_Forge, I'd support a warning at least.

You don't technically need a CRT to make a new profile, but given the context surrounding it, the motives do seem dubious.

If nothing else, we do discourage people from making low-quality pages, especially for already established verses like that.

Don't make a profile for an established verse with unapproved statistics, and then try to scale off that- it's blatantly not right.
