I did try repeatedly, to be honest. Collectively this person is hostile right after receiving two vandalism warnings and three requests to speak English in the forum, called the people that disagreed stupid, then turned on me with insults for disagreeing and outlining Wiki standards to them. Honestly, I don't think this person wants to listen.Well, given the combination of unapproved statistic changes, refusing to listen to official staff instructions, and being repeatedly hostile to our staff members, I thought that he seemed like a hopeless case, so I gave a permanent block, but I can lessen it if that is deemed inappropriate.
