As I described above, the person is continuing to communicate in Russian despite my asking them to speak English, and they have also made some edits changing stats in response to their CRT not being received well.Well, a regular warning is probably warranted, yes.

Well, given the combination of unapproved statistic changes, refusing to listen to official staff instructions, and being repeatedly hostile to our staff members, I thought that he seemed like a hopeless case, so I gave a permanent block, but I can lessen it if that is deemed inappropriate.

I did try repeatedly, to be honest. Collectively this person is hostile right after receiving two vandalism warnings and three requests to speak English in the forum, called the people that disagreed stupid, then turned on me with insults for disagreeing and outlining Wiki standards to them. Will just add that he apologized here for his behavior and said he’s an impulsive person (albeit on Russian). He was still very rude though. I was thinking maybe he keeps going on like this because of language stuff, so I can try to bring him to his senses on Russian in DMs so he understands it very clearly, and then proceeds with more civil tone.

This person has already received two vandalism warnings (1st was ignored) and three instructions to speak English (all ignored), has called people that disagree stupid for doing so and has called a moderator unworthy of their job and then subsequently implied that moderator was too dumb to understand a manga while yelling at that mod, and then swore at the people who disagreed after that.Okay. Maybe we can give him a final chance then. What do other staff members here think?
This is all in a couple of weeks. I'd be amazed if this person shaped up.

I'd like to report this account, this account obviously had a blatant vandalism on the message wall and he does the same thing 2 times by ADDING BACK Raiden's CM1 on the notion that it "wasn't accepted" despite the staff having no contentions with it whatsoever (Vietthai96 stated I have to get what Firestorm thought with CM2 and he clarified that it should be Limited, in which then I applied the CM1 removal from Ei's profile and everything related to it, and the CM2 being limited too)

I was directed to report this comment here. In my opinion, I was using the VS subforum as intended, and got a personal attack from a verse expert I also wanted to work with in fixing errors and wording in some pages of Khimera-related content to improve future debates with it, which I stated to them.
I believe that certain pages for different verses in general could be cleared up to improve debate, as seen with my CRT attempts, even if some of my points end up being debunked in the end. I'll often discuss that, and I'll always use the VS debate subforum to debate points people bring up in fights, as that is what it was made for.

I don't see it as that bad of a comment, but one that definitely could've unnecessarily heated up the conversation.
Thankfully that didn't happen tho.
@Jackythejack while feeling frustrated is sometimes unavoidable, try to remain civilly and not spark unnecessary fights. I believe that's all that needs to be done here.
