Ruby Rose vs Luffy

If Ruby isn't restricted from silver eyes then she wins via that. Unless Luffy has some sort of anti freeze hax.
 
Well it's not like she has control over her silver eyes. She's never used them when she's been in danger of dying, only when she's in extreme emotional pain. It also has to be excessive. It'll probably not come into play during this fight.
 
I'll give this one to Ruby with mid-difficulty. While her Silver Eyes wouldnt come into play here, she really wouldnt need it in this fight. Baroque Works Luffy lacks a large amount of the abilities listed on his profile (He wouldnt be able to use Red Hawk and wouldnt have access to any Haki or Gears), and while he has a resistance to heat and electricity, Ruby's Ice and Gravity Dust rounds would still be a threat to him, and his resistance to blunt attacks wouldnt really help him as Ruby uses a bladed weapon. While Luffy may hold a range advantage, Ruby's weapon combined with her greater maneuverability via her Semblance and sniper recoil would eventually put Luffy down.
 
Well I figured since it wasn't stated she cant op implied she could, how skilled was luffy in melee combat at this point in One piece?
 
Its not that its restricted its just that she herself wouldnt even be able to use it unless Luffy literally kills someone she cares about in front of her.
 
Anyways, that doesn't matter. Like you said, this version of luffy doesn't have a lot of his abilities, and this is current Ruby so she is quite experienced in combat, she has the versatility and equipment to win.
 
I'm not sure about this one.

Luffy does indeed hold quite the range advanantage. Despite being younger than Luffy, Ruby holds the experience and skill advantage since this version of Luffy hasn't really battled many opponents.

Ruby does have a bladed weapon and that is a problem for Luffy. Can Ruby fight without the Crescent Rose effectively?
 
Ruby completely sucks and is basically Cannon fodder without crescent rose. Well the best thing she can do is fly and doge very well, other than that....yeah she really can't do much without it.
 
I'll vote Ruby due to pseudo-flight, range, bladed weapon, and being slightly stronger. Her semblance let's here doge pretty well
 
Luffy was pretty bad at resisting blades in this version, and Ruby has scythe, so she is going to do a lot of damage with a single strike than with the rifle part of the gun (She has the freeze round that will screw Luffy over tho)

Luffy lacks much of his abilities, but he is going to put up a decent fight due to having a higher stamina and his elasticity might threw Ruby off for a while
