He can do the former, not sure about the latter. I think it's just best to assume that he can do anything he can normally do with the ectosuit.

I am not sure if I should factor in intangibility, as this is said to be very rarely used according to Danny's profile.
However, if Danny does go intangible during the fight, does Ruby have the ability to hit Dan with his attacks at all? Combine that with Invisibility and Duplication, and Ruby may have some serious issues here...

I remember watching it as a kid and he seemed to use often against regular objects that weren't phantom's themselves so I think Ruby might not be able to touch him.
Even assuming she can I just feel he has a better arsenal with duplication,energy/ice blasts and his omnidirectional scream attack.
