- A war funded by the United International Military Government of Extraterrestrial Concepts and Anomalies (or UIMGECA) to settle the differences between foreign beings on Earth due to the extreme toxicity and harassment towards other races. Participants are voluntary, given that not everyone wishes to settle things through violence. UIMGECA was questioned for such a horrendous act, asking if the lives of every species were simply insignificant to them. This was to settle a long score, a battle against that "thing" witnessed by astrologers long ago.

Though the people were maddened by the absurdity of the reasons behind it, this was the only true way the government has found to settle the differences between said races.

There were no other paths leading to peace, as war has no basis for right or wrong. Morality simply ceases against bloodshed, Only the last man standing can ever prove who is right or wrong. Even if they have a noble heart or a golden soul, it wouldn't save them from the disaster that is war.

A war against that "thing".

Will the combined races settle this difference? Or will they tear themselves to shreds?

The story emphasizes that the world is not just two sides like good or evil. Instead, it's a shade of grey, with people doing both good and evil based on their choices and intentions. It was never evil or good, fighting against the Slumbering One or forming a funded war was never like that. UIMGECA knew that what they were doing was wrong, but they need to tough it out. No one is fully right or fully wrong. It all depends on perspective. Some people may agree with one's opinion and some may not. It’s all a matter of which angle one sees their views from. Either their angle, the other side’s angle or even one's own values and beliefs.

Looking at the bigger picture each character was most morally correct from his/her point yet very wrong from another.

  • The event is taken place at Lides WY, a planet from the Boomerang Nebula, one of the coldest places in the universe.
  • Participants are able to group with each other, so long as it is with the permission of the government and the Mijukaku committee.
  • They are ordered to choose which weapon, mount, or any kind of equipment possible.
  • Each group will be assigned to 5 of the randomly chosen places.

RP Rules:
Max Tier: 6-C, but try to keep it at a lower tier for better balancing and more interesting and intense battles with other people.
Max Hax: Space-Time Manipulation is the highest you can go, causality or fate manip. or anything above that is not allowed.
AP: Make it balanced.
Speed: I suggest putting your character at Speed of Light or FTL levels ofspeed, to make it more interesting
Abilities: Be creative. Don't simply resort to using something powerful, make it interesting and unusual, make it so that the character has to struggle to win. Add weakness and don't make the character "too overpowered" or "too generic", it'll simply ruin the fun for other people and may cause extreme amounts of toxicity.
Personality and Backstory: That depends on you; be it a demon, servant, human, or whatever it is, make sure to keep it intriguing as much as possible. Just make it related to the lore and not something joke-related (do it somewhere else). You can add themes, likes or dislikes, etc. Just please make it interesting, don't just do it for the memes, put some effort into it.
  1. Teaming is allowed.
  2. Have fun and take your time making your character.
  3. I suggest posting said characters in FCOC or my blog post (link here). Depends on you, but if you want your character to be viewed, then you know what to do.
  4. Do not be toxic with anyone within the thread. I'll personally beat you up if you do so.
  5. Any kind of sexual content is not allowed. Don't show your degeneracy here
  6. This is my very first time making an RP, so don't judge if I do anything wrong.
  7. ALSO: Try to connect the lore within the confines of the story... So that way it makes it connected in some way... If your trying to make the character be from another world, at least try to be creative and not just isekai the crap out of 'em.

• Complete control over the energy emanated from the Turbo Force, appearing as an red-electric nimbus of energy which he's able to manipulate in solid constructs like barriers, platforms for running in mid-air, basic projectiles, lightnings, blades and steams of energy capable to interact even with incorporeal entities.

• Mark can also manipulate that energy in order to empower himself, as long as he run more faster, his strength, durability and speed amplifies.
In addition he can release the accumulated energy in a devastating punch, shockwave or beam of energy capable of annihilate matter at a sub-atomic level by accumulating it after running for a distance at least equals to ten times the circumference of the Earth.

• His soul, body and mind are replaced by the energy emanated by the Turbo Force, giving him immunity over mind control, soul absorption/control e matter manipulation as well not needing to eat, breathe or sleep.

• The energy emanated by the Turbo Force bound his existence together, allowing him to reconstruct themselves over the total annihilation of his being.

• By running/vibrating at an adequate speed, he can create portals/wormhole through the Turbo Force, allowing him to generate temporary breach through space and time in order to appear in every location he desires.

• By expanding the energy emanated by the Turbo Force, Mark can sense the presence of every being through an entire planet.


Personality and Backstory: Mark Morrigan was a space ranger of the Interstellar Empire of Humanity, a colonising empire of humans that was created when the whole race abandoned the Earth to conquer the stars.
During a recognition to find a hospitable planet, Mark was unfortunately caught through a cosmic mist that sent his ship inside a black hole, reaching the horizon of the events and destroying him completely.
Surprisingly tho, his consciousness survived, being transported to another dimension by the same black hole.
There the interdimensional force enveloped the remains of his being, giving him a new body and sent him back to his universe.
From there he run through the whole universe, discovering new planets and fighting alien monsters in the name of the Interstellar Empire of Humanity.

Personality: Johanna isn't a very expressive individual. She usually comes off as cold and sarcastic...which isn't really a wrong assessment. She's typically silent, analyzing people before actually communicating with them. As a scientist and inventor, she believes her intelligence is her greatest asset and thus it's what she trusts in the most. She sometimes gives off a faint smile when she finds something entertaining or exciting.

Backstory: Johanna was a nanotechnologist working for the UIMGECA. Given the more dire circumstances created by other life, she began working on a personal project, which she referred to as NINA (Neurally Implanted Nanite Amplification) for a placeholder name. The idea was to implant nanites into a person, giving a significant increase in power as well as self-healing, and limited natural weaponry. Granted, it was hard enough drafting for the wars that were to come, finding a test subject and getting the funding to do it multiple times would be even harder. She figured the quickest and easiest way to go about things would be to do experimentation on herself. While painful and having multiple side-effects starting out, it became successful. It took her a decent amount of time to discover the abilities it gave her. The only thing necessary to do now was to test its capability on other planetary bodies and also to continue her research on nanotechnology and extraterrestrial life. Thus, she moved her experiments to Lides WY, where she's been doing her more recent testing for a decent amount of time.

"Omega": Formerly a great Dragon from a forgotten past who was banished, now bound to Jack, it serves as a source of his supernatural powers.

*Known as Ripper mode, Jack greatly increases his stats, generates an aura of Fire and rebuild from a nearly annihilation, the only drawback is that Ripoer mode is a state where the fuel is anger and/or Motivation, so it all depends on the emotional state of the user.

*Omega allows Jack to pierce space for various purposes, from personal instant teleportation, to the creation of portals, to the ability to summon meteorites and solar flares on small scales.

*Formerly Omega was considered an elemental master, a trait that Jack inherited to a certain extent, being able to summon the elements to help him, although he cannot do it in places where it is impossible, such as summoning Fire where there is no oxygen, generating ice where it is hot extreme etc.

*Through concentration, Jack can generate limbs and parts of the ancient omega body for a limited time (5 minutes or less depending on how many parts he summons at the same time).

*A gift that most resembles an Omega curse to Jack was that physical and non-fiscal damage (soul and mind) would be almost incapable of killing him in the sense that, even if someone decapitates him, Jack will still be alive, but that does not means it doesn't hurt, so prolonged and extreme damage will leave him paralyzed by pain

*Omega as a curse is totally ensconced in a sword, so no matter what happens, if it is destroyed, she will reappear totally intact, over the years she learned how to divide, and change shape but she still needs to be around Jack, otherwise will be forcibly teleported to him due to her curse

Backstory: Jack is an adventurer who through certain legends and challenges together with his friends ended up in an ancient temple, in which he found a sword, which stabbed him to judge, noticing that he was strong at heart, Omega consider him as a successor, a means to carry out her actions and because she was bored of being there.

Personality: Jack is someone who is cheerful and very energetic off the battle, constantly telling jokes to lighten the situation and relax himself.

Omega on her part is explosive and wants jack to quench her thirst for battle, having a resounding hatred of chains, oppression and cages because they remind her of her confinement
 
Name: Queen (Former Title) Solven

Appearance: Solven’s upper half is humanoid with a feminine figure. Her torso and the upper portion of her skull is covered by a dark purple exoskeleton that functions like flexible armor. Her face( not her eyes), neck, shoulders and arms are human like with light purple skin. Her eyes are replaced with exoskeleton plating and a single glowing bright purple eye. Her lower body is compromised of black tentacles that make up the majority of her body mass.

Backstory: Solven was once the Queen of the Ocean who ruled along her King. Together they ruled over a secret society of various sentient underwater species similar to herself however a bomb from an unknown party outside the ocean suddenly struck her city. A vast majority of her race, including her husband, died in the blast. With her species now only a few hundred in number and her love dead, she finally revealed herself to Humanity, seeking to establish the combined races of the ocean as a superpower.

Personality: Solven is very withdrawn considering recent events in her life but she still keeps up her appearance as a wise leader and has a soft spot for children.

Speed: SOL , FTL reactions
Lifting Strength: at least Class K physically (Can drag around blue whales) up to Class G with water manipulation.

Abilities: High End Water Manipulation (Cam create water and manipulation it to a extreme extent such as causing tsunamis, solidifying water to trap opponents, constructing weapons of water, boosting herself, and much more), Darkness Manipulation (Being a creature from the watery abyss, Solven can darken water to blind foes and can fire concentrated beams of darkness from her eye.) Natural Weaponry (Crushing beak at the center of her tentacle mass and the tentacles themselves), Regeneration (Low-Mid, can grow back destroyed tentacles).

I have an idea for a character here but just to clarify: are the “worlds” UIMGECA is chatting about interdimensional or extraterrestrial? Doesn’t exactly change the idea I have for an Isekai that fits your rules but I’m wondering.

Name: Queen (Former Title) Solven

Appearance: Solven’s upper half is humanoid with a feminine figure. Her torso and the upper portion of her skull is covered by a dark purple exoskeleton that functions like flexible armor. Her face( not her eyes), neck, shoulders and arms are human like with light purple skin. Her eyes are replaced with exoskeleton plating and a single glowing bright purple eye. Her lower body is compromised of black tentacles that make up the majority of her body mass.

Backstory: Solven was once the Queen of the Ocean who ruled along her King. Together they ruled over a secret society of various sentient underwater species similar to herself however a bomb from an unknown party outside the ocean suddenly struck her city. A vast majority of her race, including her husband, died in the blast. With her species now only a few hundred in number and her love dead, she finally revealed herself to Humanity, seeking to establish the combined races of the ocean as a superpower.

Personality: Solven is very withdrawn considering recent events in her life but she still keeps up her appearance as a wise leader and has a soft spot for children.

Speed: SOL , FTL reactions
Lifting Strength: at least Class K physically (Can drag around blue whales) up to Class G with water manipulation.

Abilities: High End Water Manipulation (Cam create water and manipulation it to a extreme extent such as causing tsunamis, solidifying water to trap opponents, constructing weapons of water, boosting herself, and much more), Darkness Manipulation (Being a creature from the watery abyss, Solven can darken water to blind foes and can fire concentrated beams of darkness from her eye.) Natural Weaponry (Crushing beak at the center of her tentacle mass and the tentacles themselves), Regeneration (Low-Mid, can grow back destroyed tentacles).
