unless you try to get him to tell you about some kind of eldritch abomination at least, but yeah he kinda is, thats why i literally told you that you may need to micro what he can do shortly after getting him (i'm not complaining or anything, i'm just saying)

Mr deeds was restricted by reasonable requests in the article he came frooom, but considering how NLF he already is, probably.
 
No. Mr. Deeds does have the ability to gain any knowledge required, that's the broken aspect.

He isn't able to do every task given to him, but he'll try his best. You can't tell him to re-write the concept of love or to put out the sun, that's just not possible for him.
 
Well does a counter of sorts exist towards Mr. Deeds? We know that any sort of "eldritch bullshit" cannot be forged by him, but that's only limit we know of! Could not Getter, something of which bears inherent ties towards universe-devouring eldritch abominations, counter Mr. Deeds and prevent him from completing any of his tasks?

Well school starts back up t9marrow so I gotta aftually get some sleep tonoght, but I can stay till 10 at the latest

Edit: also, think PL's timezone is 3-4 hours ahead of mine, so that's a bitch
