My vote goes to Minato in both rounds. Victory thanks to better hax: Hama or Mudo (insta-death spells, correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see a resistance in Roy's page ) and status inducement spells (like freezing, poison or paralysis) will prevent Roy from use his sword. And several personas under Minato's wild card can null, reflect or absorb slash attacks.
