Robots with human parts

It depends on how much of their body is humanoid and if it's of any importance. But cyborg-something would be more fitting

The robots still don't have an organic brain to be manipulated and aren't alive in the usual sense, so would they get Cyborgization and resistance to mind and death hax?

If they still have important human organs (Ie heart, blood, etc), then cyborg. Otherwise could possibly qualify for inorganic physiology
