V1's Inorganic Physiology (ULTRAKILL)

It is very likely that V1, as well as other machines, are actually sentient. Evidences supporting this is V1 telling itself "You're not getting away this time." before chasing V2, feeling a strange satisfaction after putting a blue skull on a beheaded skeleton and naming it Hank (This is prob not valable considering it's just a silly easter egg lol), and with the new update, muttering to itself "I don't want to die." Which means that V1, likely alongside the other robots, don't have Type 2 Inorganic Physiology. Matter of fact, there is also a high chance that they don't have Type 1 Inorganic Physiology either. On the same death screen, it's also written "WARNING: UNABLE TO SUSTAIN INTERNAL ORGANS", which implies that V1 has organs (When you kill a machine, you can also see pieces of flesh being scattered).

Conclusion: V1 doesn't have Inorganic Physiology, but instead has Normal Cyborgization.
