In the game ROBLOX, there is very little when you "create" a place without any user content. A Robloxian without any actual gear can not do anythin other than running or jumping. However, the cloest one can get to an "offical" feat is offically made gear, which can possibly be used as there's some pretty potent weapons in there (flight, weapons, all that jazz). While anything usermade is obviously going to be scrutized (as lua scripting is a game mechanic that is made by players, not developers, and also has no defined way of it being used in a fight), it's also an option should be find out any solid stats for those.
User-Made content aside, the most solid way to do a Robloxian article might be do have a Base Form, with no items or gear whatsoever, and a "with ROBLOX Gear Form", which assumes they have acess to all or at least the best gear availble. However, given that Steve seems to have feats for creating/destroying worlds, and removing stuff from existance, it could be possible for a sort of Sandbox form to be used, or to be simply a base ability of a Robloxian.
While there's obviously a lot of robloxians out there, there's no actual In-Game Different between them aside from who's an Admin or not, which will also probably not be considered.
