due to pressure using Studs for it's measurements in it's documents, this will actually be easy since Roblox has sent out how to convert studs to actual real life measurements.

Prisoners should have street level durability from withstanding machine gunfire, I think they would have athletic human ls for being able to pull others away from puddles of void-mass with a single hand.
Now as far as i know for AP they might be athlete level for kicking vents and that stuff while crouching. Looking at gameplay alone, they're probably somewhere at average human in speed

Agreed. currenty, with documents about Urbanshade, they notably have their facility (Blacksite, where the game takes place) 70,000 studs (24,500 meters) into the water in 'The Let-Vand Zone', which has some anomalous water pressure going on. i'd say thats a good durability feat for the facility itself.
