Rob because he uses more of his more potent spells than Star. Additionally, Rob pressing a button is faster than doing a dance and then speaking a spell, which is typically what Star does.

Why would his telekinesis be a problem exactly? Also one of Stars spells either incaps or one-shots Rob.(Gumball got downgraded and he needs to be too)

Aren't the votes canceled if someone points out a problem with the persons argument? Rob doesn't use more potent spells and even then Stars bassic spells can easily one-shot him.
