Ripper Mode Multiplier (Metal Gear Rising)

So when normal Raiden is getting stomped by Armstrong and does a couple dozen punches that do next to nothing to the senator, each punch does about 0.1% damage (while some take 2-3 punches to even get 0.1% damage but that could just be due to the speed of the punches being above the game's processing speed).

Now, when Raiden is fighting Armstrong in Ripper Mode and punches him in the side 9 times (not including the punch that knocks him back afterwards or the punch to the face after that), he does 18.7% damage, or about 2.078% damage per punch.

This would mean that every punch from Ripper Mode does 20.7 times the damage of one of Base Raiden's punches, making Ripper Mode a 20.7 times multiplier against Armstrong.

Thoughts?

Ok, but for Ripper Mode Raiden's current write-up for AP, doesn't it link to him punching and inflicting damage on Armstrong as a reason for him being far above normal Raiden?

Yes, because it still shows that he became stronger. But it's not a 1-to-1 thing.
Ok.

Although I will say, the fact that during the battle, even casual punches by Raiden (if/when his sword is knocked away) do at least .75% to 1% damage to Armstrong apiece (and this is the punches that aren't in quick-time). That does fit well with Ripper Mode's already given AP multiplier.
