This is very sad. The voice actress for Mihoshi Kuramitsu, of my favourite anime series Tenchi Muyo, also died earlier this year. Both were way too young to die this early.

I was devastated when I learned this happened. A really talented author dying at 29.

She also voiced Ukyo Kuonji of Ranma 1/2, one of my favourite manga when I was younger.

When Geekdom was steaming a tribute to Hiromi I first thought it was her birthday or the anniversary of when she starting doing voice acting. But the second I learned she died, I was heart broken.
