I would say Carnage would win as he caused damage to Venom that he barely healed from, unlike his fight with Riot.

Carnage is more versatile plus he completely folded Venom. Although Riot outmatched Venom, he couldn't do what Carnage did.

Experience is moot here since Carnage molly whopped a more experienced Symbiote. While Riot is stronger than Venom, I'd argue he's closer in power to him than to Carnage.

Venom could still fight decently even with Riot despite being weaker but got completely manhandled by Carnage.

I don't think Riot can even hit Carnage once he starts whipping out all of his limbs like what happened to Venom. Carnage likes to restrain his enemies a lot and then start beating the shit out of them once he starts trying.

Riot was able to absorb Venom once the two of them were coming apart. I don't think get to that point with Carnage because

1. Carnage is way stronger

2. Tendrils. Lots of tendrils
