This is both of them at their peaks and the fight takes place in the Shie Hassaikai hideout with both of them have canonical knowledge they would have on each other.

Rappa :

Red Riot :

Incon :

Rappa can't even hurt normal Harden Kirishima, who scales above what Rappa scales to. (140.74 Kilotons of TNT vs 575.26 Kilotons of TNT)

Let alone Unbreakable, which is Large Island level+. And his Unbreakable AP is scaling far above 575.26 Kilotons of TNT, since Momo's cannons are at that level and did nothing to Machia's skin. While Kirishima's was capable of breaking into his skin.

While not one shotting, I don't see how Rappa has a chance. Kirishima's fast enough to match him blow for blow, will probably break Rappa's arms after the first exchange.

Doesn't Unbreakable only last for thirty seconds?

That was for his first ever use of it, and Kirishima can force Unbreakable back on even if he loses it as shown during his fight with Rappa. His time has likely improved by a lot.

And, Kirishima doesn't need 30 seconds to defeat Rappa. Just imagine how many punches a High Hypersonic character can throw in that timeframe.

Hmm, what if I changed it to Joint Training Arc Kirishima? Would that be more fair?

Kirishima Hardens, Rappa throws a barrage of punches. Rappa eventually stops as his Quirk has a limit to how many punches he can throw and will be left open.

Kirishima goes Unbreakable and takes him out before he's ready to unleash another barrage.

There's no other scenario to this. Maybe Kirishima could outlast him by just using normal Harden, since Rappa isn't strong enough to hurt Harden Kirishima still.

Well ****. And here I thought these Rematch ideas would be fun....

What if I change it to one of the 8-A versions of Kirishima and the Rapper?
Kirishima can stay harden for 10 minutes before weakening, and can't be hurt by people on Rapper's level. While he can hurt him.

And with higher LS he can just push right through Rapper's barrage, no need to wait for an opening, he can make his own.

That is an easy victory for Kirishima.

Kendo would be blitzing, and would be slightly superior to Hardened Kirishima.
His combat speed is Unknown, so only his punches would blitz and they can't hurt Kirishima. (Rapper can't see his own punches)

Rapper bruised someone with a graze, while Kirishima takes no damage at all. Both of the characters are scaling from the 700+ Ton value. So Kirishima's defense is far better. And with superior LS, he doesn't need to wait for Rappa to finish punching. He can just walk through his barrage with no problem.

AP wise he is superior, but not by a large amount.

Rapper >= O'Clock = Knuckle Duster > Bat Villain = Tensei Durability > Tenya Durability = Recipro Burst > Stain > 5% Deku = 711.97 tons

Hardened Kirishima durability > Dynamight Explosions > Dynamight strikes = 5% Deku = 711.97 tons

Hardened Kirishima AP = Dynamight = 5% Deku = 711.97 tons

He is not walking through the barrage, especially since his LS is just vaguely above unknown and Rappa is guaranteed at least Athletic Human LS due to being huge and muscular.

Furthermore, while Kendo does have to stop after a few seconds, that's only momentary, and Kirishima has the same weakness every 10 minutes, even lower if he takes any good hits, plus a limited range of movement for his hard bits. All this, and Kendo has higher melee range due to his big-ass arms.
